Dear Sir,

According to the instructions of the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia and the Croatian Tourist Board, from January 1, 2016, we will start using the new eVisitor information system for registering and deregistering tourists.

 

Namely, on November 20, 2015, in the Official Gazette No. 126/15, a new Rulebook was published on the manner of guiding tourists, and on the form and content of the tourist application form to the tourist community, which prescribes the eVisitor system as the central point of registration and de-registration of tourists. collection of residence tax and statistical management of data on taxpayers and tourists. Obligation to use the system by those obliged to sign in and sign out begins on January 1, 2016, and after that date, the previous way of signing in and out will be abolished.

 

With this letter, we would like to emphasize that for accommodation service providers, the business process itself does not change significantly, except for the part of data delivery, which will now only be possible electronically.

 

The system is free and available to all users via the Internet as a web application and without the need to install it on a computer. Using eVisitor is very similar to the current way of registering tourists online and is very easy to use.

 

To register in the new program, we need a decision on the provision of catering services, i.e. a decision on renting, and a copy of the identity card.

 

After that, you will receive a new username, password and so-called TAN list with which you can access the new eVisitor tourist registration and registration system. In order for us to be able to create a password, username and TAN list, please provide us with your identity card (in person at the office).

 

Please note that the system starts operating on January 1, 2016, and it is your responsibility to contact the competent Tourist Board before the first arrival of your guests to obtain all access information for the new eVisitor system. We ask all taxpayers who have not yet received access information to contact the TZO Seget office.
